Parent ER Ready is delivered as a digital download. Please review the product description, sample pages and compatibility information before purchasing.
Defective or inaccessible files
If the download is missing, damaged or materially different from the product described, contact us within 14 days. We will first provide a replacement file or reasonable technical assistance. When the issue cannot be corrected, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.
Other requests
Other refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account delivery, download activity and the circumstances described. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Email hello@parenterready.com with the purchasing email address and a short description of the problem. Do not send completed PDFs or private medical information.
