Parent ER Ready is a downloadable organization and communication tool sold by Interevo Shop SRL. By purchasing or using the bundle, you agree to these terms.
Personal-use license
One purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for one household or one parent-care situation. You may print the pages needed for that family's care coordination. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or make the original files available to others.
Not medical or legal advice
The product supports preparation, organization and communication. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, replace professional medical records, create an advance directive or replace emergency assessment. Call the appropriate emergency service when urgent help is needed.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for verifying entries against current labels, pharmacy information, clinician records and signed documents, and for updating printed copies when information changes.
Compatibility
Interactive behavior varies between PDF viewers. The Smart PDF is intended for the current desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. A Universal fillable version is included for viewers that block advanced PDF behavior.
